Reflect and create a special time for prayer and meditation during Lent. Mediation is proven to be an extremely powerful tool for reducing stress and improving your mind. Take some time during Lent to reflect on Jesus, open your heart and mind to God in your life and learn the life long tool of meditation to reduce your stress and rest your brain.
